If you have any additional questions,
please reach out to Emily and/or Alex.

We kindly ask that all guests please RSVP by August 1, 2025. (Of course, the sooner the better as we are working through accommodation needs!)
-
We have reserved cottages to rent for Friday and Saturday evening. You are welcome to arrive on Friday or Saturday. We ask that all guests please depart by Sunday at 3 pm so that we have time to clean the cottages and return the keys to the owners. Please refer to the accommodations tab or contact Emily and/or Cathy with any questions.

Our wedding ceremony is taking place at L’Église Sainte-Croix (the same church Cathy and Mark Meyer were married in 30 years ago!). Our ceremony will be followed by a cocktail reception, seated dinner, and afterparty all taking place at 22 Green Point Road. There will be a shuttle service to escort guests between the locations. The reception is taking place under a tent, with a grass floor – please dress accordingly (block heels recommended for ladies!).
-
There is no parking available for our reception. We ask that guests please park at the Thunder Beach Clubhouse (150 Green Point Road) for the evening and use the shuttle service to arrive at the reception. Overnight parking is free. The shuttles will also be available at the end of the evening to drive you home.
-
Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions when you RSVP. This will ensure we communicate any requests back to our catering team with enough notice.
-
We are only able to accommodate those who have been formally invited. Please refer to your wedding invitation and reach out to Emily and/or Alex directly if you have questions.
-
Unfortunately, no – a car is needed to get to the area.
-
The dress code for the wedding is formal. We’ll be outdoors and on grass, so we suggest ladies wear block heels or wedges and that everyone consider bringing a light layer as it can get cool after sunset.
-
While we are hoping for great weather, our reception is under a tent, so we should be relatively unaffected should it rain. If it is raining, cocktail hour will be moved to be under the tent.
-
While the ceremony itself will be a device-free event, we’d love you to share memories captured over the weekend with us. We will also have disposable cameras scattered around the reception and encourage guests to use them during the evening. We will be getting these developed and sharing them with guests, along with our professional photos.
